A clearing fall day hiking up Shriner Peak in the eastern part of Mount Rainier National Park proved lucky with sudden clearing skies after early fall snow whitened up the volcano, and vivid fall colors to hike through the entire trek to the summit. Mount Rainier National Park, Washington.
